Our company was founded back in 2014 by James & Shanice, as originally, a husband and wife duo. Their motivation was simple; as creative professionals, they wanted to create their own flexible jobs, enabling them to work from a home office in order to spend more time watching their first daughter grow up. They got to work on reaching out to friends, family and old business contacts and before long had they landed their first 10 clients. Before long they were seeing referrals from happy clients and client’s customers were reaching out for web design & graphic design quotes.

By keeping the quotes affordable and holding their work to the highest of standards, the business slowly continued to grow, demanding more hours and ultimately, additional team members to meet the demand.

In 2015, James & Shanice were delighted to welcome Stephan & Mark into the business, as Web Designer & Business Development Manager respectively. The team in it’s new format was able to cater for double the amount of web design and graphic design work than it previously had, and so they continued to build the Frost Digital brand and reputation.

2016 was a big year for Frost Digital, winning some larger, highly complex web design projects. The growth of the business demanded that we move out of our home office, and into our first commercial space in Stirling House Business Centre. We were also able to welcome Dave to the team as a Trainee Web Designer, who proudly continues to learn, and to build his portfolio of happy clients! Summer saw the decision to form Frost Digital as a limited company, and Stephan & Mark were appointed as Company Directors.

With ’17 barely underway, it’s already set to be the biggest year yet for the Frost Digital team, with the impending move to a bigger space, the hire of a further Graphic Designer and 3 rockstar BDMs, an apprenticeship scheme starting, and an array of great events that we will be attending over the course of the next few months.
